Moving In, or Moving Out? We can help you get ready for either. We can clean or paint for you. Don't need all the rooms painted or cleaned? We can offer a price for room by room or touch up painting and cleaning.

 Move Out Information

The last thing you want to do before you leave one home to start another is clean out the old place. But alas, it must be done, that's when we come in to help! If your place is just surface dirty and not damaged, how well you clean could be the difference between getting back your deposit money that has been held hostage for years or not. Our Move - In / Move - Out Cleaning Services Include

What We Clean Everywhere

• Take all nails and screws out of the walls and ceiling and putty them smoothly.


• Dust the ceiling fixtures.


• Dust all ledges.Clean the windows.
  
• Clean the door knobs and doors.


• Clean all light switches and outlets.


• Clean the walls and baseboards.


• Vacuum (get any stains out of the carpet, or get the carpet professionally cleaned )

• Paint Walls ( Either Full or Touch Up Painting )

• Get rid of all cobwebs.



Bathroom(s):




• Get soap scum off the bathroom tiles and tub/shower and bleach the grout.
• Clean out the bathroom drawers and vanity, making sure you get all the hair out (and remove any liners) 
• Clean the toilet, sink, counter top and finally the floor (sweep and mop). If the toilet seat is unsavory looking, we can replace it.
• Clean the mirror(s)
• Vacuum out the surface of the exhaust fan if super dusty.

Kitchen:


• Clean out all cabinets and liners.


• Wash the front of the cabinets.


• Clean and disinfect all countertops.


• Clean and shine up the sink and faucet.


• Scrub the refrigerator inside and out. Remove all shelves and clean separately if necessary.


• Scrub the oven inside and out. Remove shelving, drip pans and burners.


• Clean out the dishwasher if you have one.


• Clean exhaust fan if needed.


• Remove all appliances and sweep behind them.



Bedrooms/Living Room:




• Dust, sweep, vacuum and mop these empty rooms.
• Clean any dirty surface areas like window seals or fans/etc

Garage

• Should be completely empty and swept.
• We also offer tile and grout as well as buffing/stripping and waxing services to get all surfaces cleaned.
• Concrete Grounds are mainly in the garage. We can use either tool mentioned above for great quality clean.

Outside:
Although alot of rentals don't have much yard to worry about, but if you do have a decent exterior you may want to consider having us complete the following services as well. ( Additional Cost )
• Cut the grass.
• Pull the weeds.
• Remove all of your stuff that might be stuck in the ground or hanging in trees.
• Pressure Wash Deck(s)/Siding/Brick any dirty surface.
• Painting or Staining Exterior Surfaces 

 

 

MOVING IN INFORMATION

 

Whenever we move into a new place, the first thing I do is make note of all the things that need to be cleaned. Since it's rare that we move locally, we usually don't have a chance to do a thorough clean before our stuff arrives; instead, we have to clean around our things, which is not ideal, but does work. It just requires a little more patience. We are always here to help though. We offer great references to anyone who request them. We can arrive at your new place ahead of you and the movers to clean or wait and clean around items. Either way we can help! Each move in clean includes the following services:

We can replace any appliance/tool/item that needs replacement or repairs. ( Replacement Cost Not Included ) ( EX: screens, stove drip pans, drain plugs, door stoppers, etc )
